Ingredients

1 stick margarine, softened
3/4 cup sugar
2 (1-ounce) squares unsweetened baking chocolate, melted and cooled
2 eggs
1 teaspoon almond flavoring
1 /2 (8-ounce) carton non-dairy whipped topping
1 graham cracker crust

Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar together until light and fluffy. Blend in chocolate. Add one egg; beat for 5 minutes at high speed of electric mixer. Add remaining egg and beat for 5 minutes more. Stir in almond flavoring; fold in whipped topping. Pour into graham cracker crust. Chill at least 2 hours. (NOTE: Elizabeth doubles the ingredients for 2 pies and triples them for 3. Prepare as above, adding half of the total number of eggs at the time.)
