Ingredients
4 tablespoons margarine, softened
1 (16-ounce) box powdered sugar
4 tablespoons cocoa
1/4 to 1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon vanilla
Preparation
Cream margarine, sugar and cocoa together. Gradually add milk, enough to make of spreading consistency. Stir in vanilla.
