GRAN’S PECAN PIE
Ingredients
4 large eggs
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 stick (6 tablespoons) butter, melted
1 1/4 cups dark corn syrup
2 cups chopped pecans
1 (9-inch) pie crust, unbaked
Preparation
In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, sugar, butter and corn syrup, blending well. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour, until pie is set in center.
