ALMOND SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE

Ingredients

3 cups cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
2 tablespoons milk
1/3 cup slivered almonds
1 teaspoon vanilla
Topping (recipe follows)

Preparation

In a bowl, combine sweet potatoes, sugar and eggs, blending well. Stir in marshmallows, butter, milk, almonds and vanilla. Pour mixture into a greased 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle Topping on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
