EASY CROCKPOT STEAK

Ingredients

2-3 pounds round steak
1/2 cup flour
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 package dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Preparation

Cut steak into serving-sized pieces. Combine flour and salt and pepper; dredge steak in flour mixture. Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat and brown steaks quickly on both sides; remove from heat. In a bowl, combine soup mix and mushroom soup. In a greased crockpot, place half the steak and pour half of the gravy over steak. Repeat layers. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours. Reduce heat to low and cook 6 hours longer. Makes 8 servings.
