1 (2 1/2-ounce) jar dried beef, chopped 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened 1 pound (4 cups) finely shredded Cheddar cheese 1 tablespoon pimiento 1 medium onion, grated 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon hot sauce 1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained Seasoning salt to taste 1 cup finely chopped pecans
Combine all ingredients except pecans, mixing together well. Form into a ball. Roll in pecans. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
