1 1/2 pounds ground ham 1 pound ground pork 2 eggs 1 cup milk 1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs Sauce, recipe follows
Combine ground ham, ground pork, eggs, milk and breadcrumbs, mixing well. Shape into walnut-sized balls. Place in a 9- by 13-inch pan. Pour Sauce evenly over ham balls. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours, turning occasionally and basting frequently. Serve as main dish or appetizer. Makes 3 dozen balls.
