CINDY’S CHICKEN PASTA SALAD
Ingredients
1 (16-ounce) package angel hair pasta
1 (4-ounce) jar sliced pimiento, drained
8 green onions, chopped
1 (2 1/2-ounce) can sliced black olives, drained
4 grilled or broiled boneless, skinless chicken breasts, chopped
Dressing:
4 tablespoons McCormick Broiled Steak Seasoning Salt
4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Dash of hot sauce
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Preparation
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. In a large serving bowl, combine pasta, pimiento, onions, olives and chopped chicken; set aside. In a blender container, combine seasoning salt, lemon juice, hot sauce and mayonnaise. Blend ingredients together; gradually add oil and continue to blend for another 30 seconds, or until mixed well. Pour dressing over pasta mixture, and mix in with hands. Refrigerate several hours before serving. Makes 8-10 servings.
