Ingredients

2 sticks margarine, at room temperature
2 cups all-purpose flour
12 ounces (3 cups) grated sharp cheddar cheese, at room temperature
1/4 teaspoon red pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups crisp rice cereal

Preparation

In a large bowl, combine margarine, flour, cheese, pepper and salt, mixing together well. Mix in cereal. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto nonstick baking sheets. Using a fork, press each cracker flat using crisscross pattern. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, or until edges are browned. Makes 7-8 dozen.
