LOW-FAT BANANA PUDDING
2 large boxes instant vanilla pudding mix
5 cups skim milk
2 (8-ounce) containers fat-free non-dairy whipped topping
1 (8-ounce) carton fat-free sour cream
3-4 bananas, sliced
1 box reduced-fat vanilla wafers
In a large bowl, combine pudding mix and milk and prepare as directed on package. Fold in whipped topping and sour cream; set aside. In a large serving bowl, layer a third of the vanilla wafers, half of the banana slices, a third of the wafers, remaining banana slices and remaining wafers. Spread pudding mixture over all. Refrigerate.
