SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE

Ingredients

1 (7-ounce) package spaghetti
1 1/2-2 pounds ground chuck
1 small onion, chopped
1 (26-ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Preparation

Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain and set aside. In a skillet, brown ground chuck and onion; drain. Blend spaghetti sauce into meat; set aside. In a gresed 9- x 13-inch dish, arrange half of the cooked spaghetti. Spread half of meat sauce over spaghetti. Sprinkle 1 cup of both cheeses over meat. Spread mushroom soup over all. Top with remaining spaghetti, then remaining meat. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Return to oven, uncovered, for 5 minutes, or until cheese melts. Makes 8-10 servings. Carol Glass, Russellville (Franklin County)
