EASY PINEAPPLE BREAD PUDDING
4 cups (1-inch) cubes fresh bread
1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
3 eggs, beaten
2 cups sugar
1/2 stick butter
Toss bread cubes and pineapple in a bowl. Spoon into a greased 2-quart baking dish. In a bowl, beat eggs with sugar; pour over pineapple mixture. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
