JACK’S PORK TENDERLOIN

Ingredients

1 pound pork tenderloin
1/2 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon peanut oil

Preparation

Place tenderloin in a resealable plastic bag. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well and pour over tenderloin. Marinate at least 2 hours in refrigerator. Remove tenderloin from marinade. Roast in a shallow pan at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes, or until meat thermometer registers 160 degrees. Or, grill over medium-high heat 20-25 minutes, or until done. Slice thin to serve.
