HAM PIE
Ingredients
4 cups chopped cooked ham
6-8 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 stick butter
1 1/2 cups milk
1 (5-count) can buttermilk biscuits
Preparation
In greased 2-quart dish, layer a third of the ham and a third of the sliced eggs. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Repeat layers twice. Slice butter into pats and arrange over eggs. Pour milk evenly over casserole, adding more if needed to bring milk almost to top of layers. Separate biscuits; flatten each between hands and arrange over top of casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until golden brown. Makes 4-6 servings.
