Cheezy Potatoes
Ingredients
1 (24-ounce) bag frozen hash browns, thawed
1/2 stick of butter (4 tablespoons)
1 (8-ounce) sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 tablespoon chives
1/4 cup milk
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
Additional cheese and paprika to garnish
Preparation
Spread hash browns evenly in large, buttered baking dish. Melt butter, and in a large bowl combine with sour cream, soup, onions, chives, milk, and cheese. Pour over potatoes. Top with additional cheese and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
