Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

4-6 boneless chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 (8-ounce) sour cream
1 stack buttery round crackers
Poppy seeds
1 stick of butter, melted

Preparation

Boil chicken until tender. Cool slightly, then shred chicken. Place shredded chicken evenly in a buttered baking dish. Mix soup and sour cream. Spread over chicken. Crush crackers and spread over soup mixture. Sprinkle on poppy seeds and top with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
