Ingredients

1 egg
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon water
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
4 pork chops
6 tablespoons bread crumbs

Preparation

Spray baking dish with Pam. Beat egg. Add soy sauce, water, ginger, and garlic powder. Dip chops in mixture and coat with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn over and bake for 20 minutes longer.
