EAT BREAKFAST WITH EDITH
10 to 17 slices bread, cubed
2 cups cooked meat (ham, sausage or bacon)
1 pounds cheddar cheese, grated
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon salt
In large greased casserole dish, line dish with the bread cubes. Put meat on top of bread. Cover with grated cheddar. Beat eggs, milk and salt. Pour over the bread-meat mixture. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees, covered. Bake an additional 15 minutes, uncovered.
