ORANGE JUICE CAKE

Ingredients

1 (3-ounce) package orange gelatin
3/4 cup hot water
4 eggs
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 box yellow cake mix
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup orange juice

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix gelatin in hot water and set aside. In separate bowl, mix eggs with cooking oil. Add cake mix and gelatin mix. Pour into greased tube pan and bake for 50 minutes.
For glaze, mix sugar with orange juice. Pour over cake while still hot in pan, let stand for 1 1/2 hours before inverting onto serving plate. Cake must be kept refrigerated.
