SOUR CREAM PEACH PIE

Ingredients

1 unbaked regular 9-inch pie shell
1 large (29-ounce) can sliced peaches, drained
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup sour cream
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Fill the pie shell with sliced peaches. Combine the flour, 1/2 cup sugar and salt. Stir in sour cream and pour mixture over peaches. Mix together 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over pie. Bake for 40 minutes.
