Brown sugar bacon pork chops
Ingredients

Start-to-finish: 45 minutes
Serves 4
4 pork chops
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1/3 cup brown sugar
4 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
7 strips of bacon, cooked
Salt and pepper to taste
Oranges for garnish, optional
Preparation
Heat oven to 350 F. Rub both sides of pork chops with garlic and brown sugar. Place in baking dish and drizzle butter over top. Sprinkle red pepper flakes and salt and pepper on top of chops.
Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until internal temperature is 155 degrees.
Remove from oven; sprinkle with cheeses and add crumbled bacon.
Bake another 5 minutes. Garnish with oranges if desired.
