Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

Start-to-finish: 35 minutes (5 minutes active) Serves 4-6

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

10.75-ounce can cream of chicken soup

1 cup sour cream

3 tablespoons butter

1 sleeve Ritz crackers

Preparation

Heat oven 350 F. Boil and shred chicken. Place in a large bowl. Mix cream of chicken soup and sour cream into the chicken. Pour chicken mixture into a 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Melt 3 tablespoons butter in a small saucepan. Crush Ritz crackers and pour into the saucepan. Stir to combine.
