2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, room temperature
1 (10-ounce) can white meat chicken, drained
1 (1-ounce) envelope ranch salad dressing mix
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped pecans
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, chicken, ranch dressing mix, mayo and shredded cheese until thoroughly mixed. Chill at least two hours.
Remove mixture from refrigerator and carefully mold into ball shape. Coat outside with chopped pecans. Serve chilled with crackers, vegetables, etc.
