CREAM CHEESE BLUEBERRY POUND CAKE

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup water
1 box butter recipe golden cake mix*
1 (16-ounce) can blueberries, drained

Preparation

Combine eggs, cream cheese, oil and water and blend together well with electric mixer. Add cake mix and beat until smooth. Fold in drained berries. Pour batter into a greased 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes, or until cake tests done. Remove from pan to wire rack to cool. (*Evelyn uses Duncan Hines.)
