Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds ground chuck
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 egg
1 cup milk
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

SAUCE:
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 cup water
1/2 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon salt

Preparation

For meatloaf, combine chuck, onion, egg, milk, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and Worcestershire, mixing together lightly. Form into a loaf and place in a 9- x 5-inch loaf pan. Combine sauce ingredients and spoon sauce evenly over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Makes 4-6 servings.
