Venison Roll-Ups

Ingredients

2 pounds venison cube steak
1 package bacon, thick or thin sliced
1 large jar whole jalapeno peppers
Marinade of your choice

Preparation

Cut venison into slices about 3 inches long. Set aside. Slice peppers lengthwise into quarters. Wrap each pepper slice with one slice of venison. Wrap that with one slice bacon and secure with toothpicks. Marinade overnight. Grill over medium coals for 20-30 minutes, turning as needed. -Robert Rials, Grady
