NIRA’S COOKIES

Ingredients

1 box devil’s food cake mix
1/3 cup oil
1/3 cup water
1 egg
1 package peanut butter morsels (optional)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix first 4 ingredients by hand. Stir in peanut butter morsels. Spray cookie sheet with non-stick spray. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Cook approximately 12 minutes.

Note: Can substitute yellow cake mix and chocolate morsels or lemon cake mix and pistachios.
