CHEESE AND GARLIC BISCUITS

Ingredients

2 cups biscuit baking mix
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2/3 cup milk
Flour for rolling out dough
1/4 cup melted margarine
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Preparation

Combine baking mix, cheese and milk in a mixing bowl. Mix with a spoon until soft dough forms. Beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Roll out on a floured surface. Cut with biscuit cutter and place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 450 degree for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. While biscuits are baking, combine margarine and garlic powder. Brush over biscuits while warm and serve immediately.
