Ingredients

4 boneless pork chops
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 medium onion
1 (10.75-ounce) can mushroom soup
1 (8-ounce) can pineapple chunks
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
¼ cup water
2 cups cooked rice
Chopped green onions

Preparation

Season chops with garlic powder. Heat skillet and cook chops in vegetable oil until brown. Add onion to skillet and mix in soup, pineapple with juice, soy sauce, honey and water. Heat to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cook 30 minutes or until chops are done. Serve over cooked rice and garnish with green onions. Serves 4.
