24 whole graham crackers
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
Line a large cookie sheet with crackers. Cook butter and sugar in microwave-safe bowl just until mixture is melted. Blend carefully as mixture will be very hot. Pour over graham crackers. Sprinkle with pecans and coconut (if desired).
Bake at 250 degrees for 10 minutes or until bubbly. Do not overcook. Remove cookie sheet from oven and cool slightly. While still warm, break into serving pieces.
