BLACKBERRY WINE CAKE
Ingredients
1 box white cake mix
1 small box blackberry gelatin
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 cup blackberry wine
1/2-1 cup chopped pecans
Glaze (recipe follows)
Preparation
Combine cake mix and dry gelatin. Add eggs, oil and wine, mixing well; set aside. Spray bottom of a 10-inch tube pan with nonstick spray. Sprinkle nuts in pan. Pour batter into pan; bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, or until cake tests done. Remove cake from pan and pour half of hot Glaze over hot cake. Let cool 30 minutes; drizzle remaining Glaze over cake.
