1 pound Conecuh sausage
1.5 pounds ground chuck
Remove sausage from its casing by making a single cut along the length of the sausage and peeling away the casing.
Combine sausage and ground chuck; mix well. Run meat mixture through a meat grinder or food processor until well combined. If this step is skipped, burgers will fall apart. Form meat into patties, and grill to desired doneness. Serve on warm buns with desired toppings.
