2 cups powdered sugar
3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 stick margarine, softened
1/2 (12-ounce) bag semi-sweet or milk chocolate morsels
Combine powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs, peanut butter and margarine, blending well. Shape into 1-inch balls; chill. Melt chocolate in top of double boiler. Dip balls in chocolate; let cool on wax paper. Store covered in refrigerator. Makes about 2 1/2 dozen.
