SOUTHWESTERN SPINACH DIP
1 (8-ounce) package shredded four-cheese mix
1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, cubed
1 (16-ounce) jar hot or mild salsa
Combine all ingredients in a 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve warm as dip for chips or crackers.
