Ingredients

3 ripe bananas, mashed
1 cup chopped pecans
1/3 cup oil
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup raisins
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Let stand a few minutes to allow oats to absorb moisture. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, until lightly browned. Loosen with a spatula and let cool on cookie sheet. Makes about 2 dozen.
