1 1/ 2-2 pounds ground beef
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
6 (5-ounce) cans evaporated milk
Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs and eggs in a bowl, mixing well. Shape into meatballs. Place in a greased 2-quart casserole. Combine soups and milk, blending until smooth. Pour over meatballs. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Makes 6-8 servings.
