FROZEN STRAWBERRY SALAD

Ingredients

3/4 cup sugar
1 (8-ounce) cream cheese
1 (20-ounce) can pineapple tidbits, drained
2 bananas, sliced and quartered
1 (10-ounce) frozen strawberries, with juice
2 cups chopped pecans
1 (12-ounce) frozen whipped topping

Preparation

Cream together sugar and cream cheese. Gently mix fruit and nuts. Fold in topping. Spray a 9-by-13-inch dish with non-stick cooking spray. Spread into prepared pan or individual serving cups. Top with whipped topping. Freeze. Remove from freezer about 10 minutes prior to serving.
