Pecan Pie
Ingredients
4 tablespoons flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup white corn syrup
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups pecans
2 unbaked pie crusts
Preparation
Add flour to sugar. Bring sugar mixture, syrup and butter to boil. Pour over eggs. Add vanilla and mix all ingredients well.
Place pecans in the bottom of pie crusts. Pour filling over pecans in pie crust. Bake at 400 F for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 F for 20 minutes.
