Salmon Patties
Ingredients
1 (14 ¾-ounce) can pink salmon
2 eggs
1 chopped onion
½ sleeve saltine crackers
Pinch each of salt and garlic powder
Oil for frying
Preparation
Drain and remove bones from salmon. Mix in eggs, onions, crackers, salt and garlic powder. Form into patties and fry in oil in cast iron skillet until browned on each side.
