CAKE MIX COOKIES

Ingredients

1 box cake mix, your choice
1 (4.5-ounce) container non-dairy whipped topping
2 eggs
Powdered sugar

Preparation

Combine dry cake mix, whipped topping and eggs in a bowl; mix well. Shape into 1 1/2-inch balls, and roll in powdered sugar to coat. Place 1/2 inch apart on greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for no longer than 15 minutes. Remove from cookie sheets and place in a single layer to cool. Makes 75-80 cookies.
