CHRISTMAS PLUCKIN’ BREAD

Ingredients

1/3 cup candied cherry halves
1/3 cup raisins
1/3 cup coconut
1/3 cup chopped pecans
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
4 (10-count) cans biscuits
1 stick butter or margarine, melted

Preparation

In a greased bundt pan, layer candied cherries, raisins, coconut and pecans; set aside. Combine granulated sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl; set side. Separate biscuits and cut each into quarters. Roll each piece in sugar-cinnamon mixture and place in layers over fruits and nuts in bundt pan, sprinkling each layer of biscuits with part of the remaining sugar-cinnamon mixture. Pour melted butter evenly over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Immediately invert onto a plate to cool.
