Ingredients
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
2 cups mayonnaise
1 medium onion, minced
1 (4-ounce) can chopped green chiles, drained
1 1/2 ounces sliced pepperoni
1/2 cup sliced ripe olives
Preparation
In a large mixing bowl, combine cheeses, mayonnaise, onion and green chiles. Pour into an ungreased 2-quart baking dish or 10-inch pie plate. Top with pepperoni and olives. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes, or until bubbly. Serve warm with chips or fresh vegetable dippers. Lorena Wilson, Greene County
