Ingredients
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2/3 cup milk
1/3 cup butterscotch morsels
1 beaten egg yolk
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup chopped pecans
Preparation
Combine sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan. Stir in milk until smooth; add morsels and egg yolk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Remove from heat; blend in butter, coconut and pecans. Cool.
