CARAMEL DELIGHT CANDY
1 (14-ounce) bag caramel candies
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
3 cups chopped pecans
1 (24-ounce) package chocolate or white chocolate candy coating
Combine caramels and condensed milk in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 1 minute; stir, and then continue heating, stirring every 30 seconds, until caramels are melted. Add nuts, mixing well. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Freeze until well set. In microwave or in a double boiler over simmering water, melt chocolate coating, stirring frequently until smooth. Using two forks, dip each piece of candy in melted bark to coat. Place on wax paper to cool. Makes 4-5 dozen.
