Ingredients
1/3 (16-ounce) box plain or cinnamon graham crackers
2 sticks margarine
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup chopped pecans
Preparation
Arrange whole crackers on a buttered 12- x 18-inch or 10- x 15-inch pan with sides; set aside. In a saucepan, bring margarine and sugar to a boil over medium-high heat. Boil 3 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and nuts. Pour over crackers. Bake at 325 degrees for 12 minutes. Cut into sections while warm. (Will become crisp as they cool.)
