Ingredients
2 sticks margarine, softened
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 egg yolks, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups chopped pecans
1 cup raisins
Pinch of salt
4 egg whites, stiffly beaten
2 (9-inch) piecrusts, unbaked
Preparation
Cream margarine and sugar together. Add egg yolks, blending well. Mix in vanilla, nuts, raisins and salt. Fold in beaten egg whites. Divide between two piecrusts. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
