SPARKLING PUNCH WITH FROZEN FRUIT RING
SPARKLING PUNCH WITH FROZEN FRUIT RING
Ingredients
1 red apple, cored and sliced
1 green apple, cored and sliced
1 medium orange, sliced and then cut in half
1 cluster seedless grapes, separated into small bunches of 6-8 grapes
1 quart orange juice, chilled
1 quart apple juice, chilled
2 quarts diet ginger ale, chilled
Preparation
Dip apple slices in orange juice. Arrange fruit in a ring mold. Pour apple juice into the mold to cover 2/3 of the fruit; freeze. To serve punch, combine remaining juices and ginger ale in a punch bowl. Remove fruit ring from mold and float in the punch. Makes 1 gallon.
