MICROWAVE CAULIFLOWER

Ingredients

1 head cauliflower
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1/8 teaspoon onion salt

Preparation

Remove leaves from cauliflower. Place in a deep microwave dish with 1/4 cup water. Cover and cook on high for 9 minutes. Combine mayonnaise, mustard and onion salt and spread over whole head of cauliflower. Makes 6-8 servings.
