Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
2 (16-ounce) cans cream-style corn
2 (10-ounce) cans barbecue pork
2 (10-ounce) white chicken chunks, drained
2 (14-ounce) cans stewed tomatoes
1 cup ketchup
1 (10-ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chilies
Preparation
Brown beef and onion together in a skillet; drain well. Place in a 5-quart Dutch oven; stir in remaining ingredients, blending well. Cover and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes, or until flavors are blended and mixture is heated through. Makes about 1 gallon.
