1 (16-ounce) box graham crackers
2 sticks butter, not margarine
1 cup sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
Line a 10- x 15-inch pan with foil. Spray with non-stick cooking spray. Break crackers into sections; arrange to cover pan. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in sugar and chopped pecans. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Spoon evenly over graham crackers. Bake at 275 degrees for 12 minutes. Break apart when cool and store in airtight container.
